From applicant to first day
An offer letter, a contract and a first-day checklist, all from the applicant's card, with nothing typed twice.
Hiring someone means a lot of typing. The same name, ID card number and job title go into the CV folder, the offer letter, the contract and the staff list. One slip, and the contract has the wrong start date.

Ready for day one
Every new joiner gets a checklist: contract signed, ID copy, bank details, uniform, staff app login, induction. The Today page shows what is still left. Later, a promotion letter can update their job title and pay from the date you choose.
