Today we're introducing ORYS — a new HR system made in the Maldives, for the way Maldivian workplaces actually work.
Why we built it
HR in most places still means spreadsheets, paper forms and endless messages. Chasing leave requests. Fixing attendance by hand. Long nights before payday.
We wanted something better. Something powerful underneath, but simple enough that anyone can use it on day one.
