Meet ORUS, your assistant
The assistant inside ORYS. Ask how to do something, or let ORUS prepare the work for you.
Every HR system has screens to learn. When you are busy, the question is always the same: where do I do this?
ORUS is the assistant inside ORYS. Ask in your own words, and ORUS shows you the way one step at a time, with a button that takes you to the right screen.
What ORUS can do
- explain how to do a task, step by step
- answer questions about your own leave, duty and payslips
- tell HR and managers who is late today or who is on leave tomorrow
- help write a memo, a warning or a job advert
- prepare a memo, a shift, a leave record, a new staff member or a department for you to review
You stay in control
Nothing is saved until you press Confirm. Before a question reaches the AI, ORYS hides names, ID numbers, salaries, bank details and your company name. Staff only get help with their own app, and each person has a daily limit of questions. Your company can change that limit or switch ORUS off.
Made for busy days
In Work mode you can see ORUS at a small desk, busy with your request. You ask, ORUS prepares, and you decide.
