How ORYS keeps your staff data safe
Salaries, IDs and bank details deserve more than a password. Here's what protects them.

An HR system holds the most private information in any company — salaries, ID cards, passports, bank accounts. Before we let a single company use ORYS, we made sure that data is protected properly.
Every company is kept apart
Each organisation's data is locked to that organisation inside the database itself — not just hidden on the screen. Before every update goes live, ORYS automatically tries to break in: logins from one company attempt to read, change and delete another company's data. If anything gets through, the update is stopped.
Everyone sees only what they should
A staff member sees their own records. A manager sees their own team. HR and Directors see what their role needs. These rules are checked automatically on every update too.
Payroll you can trust
Payroll maths — pension, tax, overtime, loans, absences — is tested with fixed examples before every update. If a single number would change, the update doesn't go live. Before payroll is approved, ORYS also checks for missing bank accounts, duplicate accounts and unusual changes.
Backed up every night
Your data is backed up every night, and once a month we restore a backup from scratch to prove it actually works. A backup you have never tested is just a hope.
Every change is recorded
Who changed what, and when, is kept in the Activity Log — so nothing important happens without a trace.
Private by design with AI
Samuga AI, our built-in assistant, helps staff and HR find their way around. It never receives names, ID numbers, salaries or bank details — and every company can switch it off.
Our promise
We'll keep building ORYS this way: carefully, tested, and with your people's privacy first.
ORYS is built by Samuga Creative Pvt Ltd, Malé.
