Payday without the panic
Before any salary goes out, ORYS checks the whole payroll for mistakes — so you don't have to.

One wrong number on payday can cost a company money — and cost HR their staff's trust. Most payroll mistakes aren't big. They're small things nobody noticed in time.
So we built ORYS to notice them first.
The payroll check
When HR prepares the month's payroll, ORYS checks everyone before it can be sent for approval.
Must be fixed first:
- Someone working this month with no salary set
- A missing bank account, or one with letters or symbols in it
- The same bank account used by two people
- Net pay below zero
- A payroll that's out of date — if a salary, overtime or leaving date changed after payroll was made, ORYS says exactly what changed
Until these are fixed, payroll can't be sent or approved.
Worth a second look:
- Pay that changed by more than 20% from last month — with the reason, like overtime or a part month
- Leave, overtime or missed check-ins still waiting for approval
- Staff on duty with no attendance recorded
A second pair of eyes
Once the check is clear, HR sends payroll to a Director. The Director sees the same check before approving — bank details stay hidden. After approval, the month is locked, so nothing changes by accident.
Clear for everyone
Every payslip shows exactly where each number comes from — salary, allowances, overtime, deductions — with the month's leave balances and attendance on the second page. Staff can see their own payslip in the ORYS app the moment it's ready.
And when everything is approved, the bank transfer sheet is ready to send.
Payday, without the panic
Less checking by hand. Fewer late nights. More trust on both sides.
