Your data leaves with you
If a company ever leaves ORYS, it can download everything — records, files and letters — in one go.
Most software makes it easy to start and hard to leave. Data gets stuck, exports are partial, and moving on means starting again.
We think that's the wrong way round. A company's staff records belong to the company, not to us.
Everything, in one download
From the Admin page, HR can download a complete copy of their company in ORYS:
- staff records, salary history, attendance, leave and balances
- payroll, payslips, loans and final settlements
- departments, sections and job titles
- expat papers, letters and memos
- every uploaded file — documents, scans and photos
Nothing is held back
The download is checked before it's handed over. Every part says how many records it should contain, and if anything is missing, the file says so clearly. Nothing is cut short quietly.
Even after the subscription ends
If a company stops paying, ORYS doesn't delete their data or lock them out of it. After a short grace period the account becomes read-only: HR can still see everything and download it, and staff can still see their payslips and letters.
We'd rather companies stay because ORYS is useful, not because leaving is hard.
